Privacy statement

Cultiva safeguards privacy by complying with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and the European data protection regulations that the Act implements in Norwegian law (GDPR).

This privacy policy describes how Cultiva processes personal data at a general level.

Cultiva, through its CEO, is the controller of our processing of personal data when we alone or jointly with others determine the purposes and means of the processing, and when we are obliged on another legal basis to be the controller.

Personal data processed in connection with application processing, assessment and follow-up of projects that have received funding, as well as control of awarded funds through the collection of project accounts, are stored in the electronic case and archive system ePhorte and in Office 365.

In the event of a request for access to public documents, we disclose personal data in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act and the Public Administration Act.

Special security measures and procedures are in place for information in the archive that needs special protection, such as special categories of personal data.

You have the right to access your personal data that we process, to rectify or complete it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, to erasure if we process it without a proper legal basis (however, please note that there are some exceptions to this right, such as when we are required by law to retain it), to withdraw your consent if you have given it to us as a basis for processing, and to object to the processing if it is not based on consent, contract or legal obligation. In addition, you can always object to direct or personalized marketing.

If you have any questions about how we process personal data, or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us at post@cultiva.no, telephone 380 380 20 or Cultiva, PO Box 494, 4664 Kristiansand.
